Northern Flame has a very distinct flavor that you won't forget after you try it. At first smell it has a strong sour pepper aroma that hits you with a spicy undertone. You can notice its stronger medicinal qualities even before you smoke. From your first puff you can feel its sativa buzz wash over your head. Much smoother flavor than would be expected from its thick resinous smoke. Leaves a great aftertaste in the mouth and always tastes great right down to the roach.
The complex highs come from its Hawaiian Sativa and Thai ancestors and its large yields come from the Northern Lights and Grapefruit side of the family. The blend makes for a very complete stone that is very high in many CBD’s and of course THC. Grows with a darker green color than most other cannabis and has very dense buds. Watch out for bud-rot outdoors, its dense buds can be prone to molds in wetter climates like the coastal Pacific-Northwest. Great when grown in drier climates, as this strain is more drought resistant than many others.
Another big plus is Northern Flames ability to resist spider mites. The bugs don't seem to like the Northern Flame due to its extra spicy leaves. The leaves and buds tingle when you put them on your tongue, defiantly not pleasant to taste.
It’s a very versatile seed variety that will work great indoors, outdoors, greenhouses or anywhere else you can squeeze in a few plants. Finishes flowering outdoors under natural light around October 5th. Probably the most unique strain from Secret Valley Seeds and its quickly becoming a favorite to everyone who try’s it.
